Make no mistake: Carrie Underwood means business when it comes to getting her groove on.
For her July 10 wedding to Canadian hockey player Mike Fisher, 30, the country queen, 27, wedding dress had Chantilly lace with silk organza which made her look like a “princess” and the bride looked beautiful in her wedding dress. Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood gave their interviews to the reputed magazine where they shared their experiences of the marriage. The reception was decorated with pink-hued touch matching the bride’s dress as well and the guests received their seating assignments through painted hockey pucks with their names written on an attached card.
Carrie Underwood later said that her wedding dress was “huge” and hence she changed in to a cocktail dress after the wedding while attending the guests. People magazine features every single details of the marriage with the pictures and even interviews from the family members and friends. The magazine reports her dog also dressed up for the occasion, wearing a pink tux. After the lavish wedding the couple went to Tahiti for their honeymoon. a Chantilly lace and silk organza Monique Lhuillier gown. But after the ceremony, the bride promptly changed into a strapless Lhuillier cocktail dress.
Also looking sharp for the wedding, which was held at Georgia's Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation resort: Underwood's beloved pooch Ace, who donned a Swarovski crystal-encrusted pink tuxedo to trot down the aisle.
"Mike was like, 'He's in pink! What are you doing?' " the newlywed singer says of Ace's tux. "But he looked so handsome."
