Beauty withIN You

Are you all clean? Clean on the inside and the outside? Since we’re kids we’re thought to always have a good hygiene. People always make sure to teach us how to take a bath, brush our teeth, brush our hair, and stay prim and presentable at all times. Hygiene is very important in our health, but what most people forget to teach is, being clean on the inside especially our colon is very important. Worry no more because Fat Out can help with that.

Mar Roxas: Guilty or Innocent

I am really not surprised that Vitangcol has implicated Mar Roxas into this mess.I just question the timing why didn't he say anything before. This being the campaign season and all. When he was charged by the ombudsman why didn't he hold a press conference to drop the bomb on Mar Roxas, I am not defending Mar Roxas but I really question the motives and the intentions. But of course as DOTC  Secretary Joseph Abaya cannot just implement the projects and the money cannot be released without consent from the his bosses. He doesn't mean the Filipino people by the way. The projects are really questionable like letting go of Sumitomo and hiring inefficient and expensive companies to do the maintenance.  No wonder they are really "protecting" the DOTC head.

I don't think Vitangcol is innocent in all of this as he is among the individuals who profited from this scam. Why didn't do a lifestyle check on him?  Isn't it ironic that he is the only official that is charged by the Ombudsman? According to him DOTC headed by former Secretary Manuel "Mar" Roxas, current DOTC Secretary Undersecretary for Legal Affairs Atty. Jose Perpetuo Lotilla and Undersecretary Rene Limcaoco just told him what do. They gave instructions on how things should be done? They dictated what decisions needed to be done. Who to pick during the biddng. This is really disturbing and this really bothers me.

Kids On Bikes PH 2016

In today’s modern world the children have been confined indoors for computer games and television watching, it is important to encourage our children to be active outdoors to develop their sense of adventure and sportsmanship as they socialize with kids their age and enjoy bonding with their families.

Presidential Candidates Take Heed

As a typical voter I still haven't decided who I will vote for.I want someone who will help improve the lives of the Filipino's. They are right when they said 6 years is too short for a great president and too long if we get a bad one.

Every country has its problems and the Philippines is not immune to them. But there are lots of optimism especially in terms of the economy. On the other hand, Presidential Candidates should see this as a challenge and find ways to improve on this figure. Along with this are nine other issues which bring to 10 Philippine issues that Presidential Candidates need to prioritize.

1. Economy and Jobs
Under President Aquino’s leadership, the economy rose by an average of 6.2 percent, the fastest since the late ’70s. Due to reforms in the bureaucracy, business has been bullish and foreign direct investment has been rising 53.1 percent from 2012 to 2014.

Questions They Need to Answer

As a typical voter I have not made up my mind as to who I am voting for. I am leaning towards someone but anything can happen. I have reading and researching about the candidates for the highest office in the land.

I will not go into the campaign strategies today but I would like to go into my questions for the candidates? I feel like this questions should really be answered as this will help us to determine who among them is worthy of our precious vote.

Filpinos are not satisfied with their Valentine's Day Gift

Less than Half of Filipinos are Fully Satisfied with the Valentine’s Day Gifts they Receive

In an online survey of over 300 respondents, only a third (36%) of Filipinos are really happy with their Valentine’s Day gifts. Less than half (46%) said that they were satisfied while 3% expressed absolute dissatisfaction.

The survey, conducted by Lazada (,explored the processes and reasons for the lack of contentment over Valentine’s Day gifts.

Avoid Cliché’s but Never Forget the Essentials

Almost one in four respondents (23%) expressed that chocolates and couple’s shirts are cliché, but the most cliché gifts are picture frames with over 40% of people agreeing they are passé.

On the other hand, over 30% of respondents agree that flowers are a must have, beating out chocolates (19%), stuffed toys (9.6%). Surprisingly, more and more people (15%) see gadgets as an essential gift for the month of romance.

Ask and You Shall Receive

It seems surprise gifts are falling out of fashion as an overwhelming 86% of respondents prefer to express to their partners what they want. This transparency between couples extends to finding deals. 65% of respondents said they don’t mind sharing that they got their gifts on sale. The implicit learning is that if you get your partner the gift they want, it doesn’t matter if you got it on discount.

Digital Love
The survey also explored love in the digital space. Overtly expressing affection over social media or “Online PDA” seems acceptable with 52% of respondents saying they practice social media PDA themselves.

However, when it comes to meeting love interests online, half of the respondents had hesitations with online dating. 51% agreed with the statement:  “Online shopping never hurt anyone, people do.” Talk about #hugot.

Love to Shop and Shop to Love

As our Valentine’s Day gifting habits evolve and improve, it is important for Filipinos to discover more convenient and cost effective ways to find the perfect gift. That’s why Lazada’s Valentine’s Day promo makes it the perfect place to get the gifts your partner wants in ways you can easily afford. Visit or shop now via the Lazada mobile app.
