Making a Difference, One McDonald's Cheeseburger at a Time

If you seen last night's episode of Sharon, you saw the McDonald's Cheeseburger campaign to raise P1 million for the benefit of Ronald McDonald House Charities and it's banner program, Bright Minds Read. All you have to do is buy a cheeseburger and for each cheeseburger bought, P1 will go to the beneficiaries. As a symbol of one's participation, a sticker will be given to fill up and post inside the stores.

This is a great way for customers to participate and do their part to help. After reaching the desired amount, McDonald's and RMHC will turnover the BMR toolkits to it's beneficiary schools. This is one of the actions of McDonald's as it continues to help out for their advocacy to develop the brightest minds through reading. Sharon Cuneta also shares this advocacy not only because she's a McDonald's endorser because she's also a wide reader herself.
