Bizu Part 2 Desserts

These are the Macarons that they served us. I forgot to keep track
which was which so I'm just posting the 3 choices and photos
that they served.

Strawberry Balsamic
Rasperry Jam
Pomegranate Jam and Ganache

Desire-Combination of milk and dark chocolate with
Kahlua, creme brulee and sable crust topped with
strawberry miroir finish with chocolate nougatine

Strawberry Shortcake-Soft Genoise Sponge in between layers
of strawberries and chantilly cream
